Here is the latest news, the Premier added the following directives this morning.
1- All schools in Quebec, from preschool to university, will be closed for the next two weeks, until Monday, March 30. The Socrates-Demosthenes Schools too.
2- The school’s daycare services are closed for the next two weeks, until Monday, March 30.
3- Economic measures will be announced in the coming days.
4- For information concerning covid-19, do not use 811 anymore, but rather 1 877 644-4545 or the site https://www.quebec.ca/sante/problemes-de-sante/az/coronavirus -2019 /
Answers to questions :
1- For the moment, there is no change announced to the school calendar. This will be reassessed if the closures continue beyond March 30th.
2- Non-essential travel, of a personal nature, is not recommended.
