On Sunday, October 22, at 1 pm, the Socrates-Demosthenes School and the Hellenic Community of Greater Montreal will offer a family outing to watch a football match between the Montreal Alouettes and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
Tickets are $ 20 each and seats are in the end zone. $ 5 of each ticket sold will be returned to the campus where the ticket was sold.
In addition to the game, between February and April 2018, a player from the Montreal Alouettes will visit EVERY Socrates-Demosthenes campus to talk to children about the current challenges facing students, including school perseverance, peer pressure, bullying, safety and a healthy lifestyle. We sincerely hope that the players will inspire and motivate our students to make the right choices to reach their full potential through their hard work and dedication.

This family day is open to all members of the Hellenic community. We invite schools of our complementary education program (Platon-Omeros, Aristotelis and St-Nicolas), our cultural groups (LEM Dance Group, etc.), our youth groups from the church to all be part of this special day.
