On November 11th, our school commemorated Remembrance Day.
It was once again an opportunity for us to remind our students of the need to pay tribute to the men and women who served Canada in times of war, military conflict, and peace.
Our campuses organized various activities to pay tribute. Discussions between students and teachers were held on the origins of Remembrance Day and the wearing of the poppy.
A minute of silence was also observed at 11 a.m. sharp by all staff and students.
Students turned out to be artists: we were able to discover their talent through magnificent paintings and drawings of poppies made for the occasion.
