Georgia Tsakalis

General Director of École Socrates-Démosthène

Georgia Tsakalis holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Education, and a Master of Education. She has extensive experience in education. She began her career at the Hellenic Community of Greater Montreal as director of Campus IV in 1999, and then at Campus II for nearly 20 years.
Since July 2023, she has been the General Director of École Socrates-Démosthène.

Athina Panagopoulos

Co-principal of campus Socrates II Montréal

Graduate of École Socrates in 1990. Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education as well as a College Diploma in Early Childhood Education. She has enriched her professional journey within the École Socrates-Démosthène since 2006. Her commitment began as a teacher before evolving into the role of co-principal starting in 2023.

Eirini Tourkomanoli

Co-principal of campus Socrates II Montréal

Eirini Tourkomanoli holds a Bachelor's degree in Classical Studies, a diploma in Book and Magazine Publishing, as well as a Master's degree in Classical Studies. With teaching experience in Ancient and Modern Greek in Toronto and Los Angeles, she later chose Montreal as her place of residence. Since 2007, she has been utilizing her teaching skills at École Socrates-Démosthène.

Geneviève Cloutier

Co-principal of campus Socrates IV Saint-Hubert

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Education with a specialization in Special and Social Adaptation, she has been working at École Socrates-Démosthène for 25 years. Initially, she worked as a specialized educator in floating enumeration in Montreal and on the South Shore. Over the years, she has held positions as a classroom teacher in the first, second, and third cycles. After teaching in a combined class, she worked as a preschool teacher and as an assistant director, and for the past few years, she has been the director of the South Shore campus.

Geneviève Cloutier

Diane Trudel

Co-principal of campus Socrates IV Saint-Hubert

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, she has contributed to the development of children attending the Socrates-Démosthène schools in Montreal and on the South Shore since 1979. After teaching preschool and elementary levels for several years, she took on the role of director of the South Shore campus, where she still teaches while also assisting in the administration.

Lison Thibault

Principal of campus Socrates V Laval

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Psychoeducation, she has been working at École Socrates-Démosthène since 1998. She started as a teacher, then became an assistant director, and now has been the director of Campus V and the Annex for the past 3 years.

Dimitra Tzoutzourakis

Principal of campus Démosthène Laval

Dimitra holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, and is an alumna and graduate of Socrates School. She began her career in the public sector as an elementary school teacher and pursued opportunities as a special education counselor and assistant principal before returning to our school. She also taught at the Socrates-Demosthène school, at various levels and campuses, before assuming her role as principal of the Démosthène campus in July 2024.
