🏐 Last Friday, Grade 6 students from all École Socrates-Démosthène campuses took part in the 1st Sports Day of the 2023-2024 year.
💪 The aim of this new initiative is to bring together students from all campuses so that they can all have fun together.
🧒👧 And so it was that last Friday, October 20th, over 100 students played in a mini-volleyball festival. Students from all campuses were mixed together to form 24 teams.
It was an opportunity to further strengthen ties between campuses, develop team spirit and reaffirm our students’ sense of belonging to a single School.
This mini-tournament is part of a long series of “Sports Days” that will run throughout the school year.
🙏 Thank you to everyone who made this day possible. Thank you to the principals, the regular and physical education teaching staff, and the high school students who did an outstanding job as referees.
🙏 Thank you also to our graduating seniors who demonstrated exemplary sportsmanship and offered an excellent level of play.
And let’s not forget the wonderful parent committees who donated bottles of water and various snacks.
