Responsibilities:
Preparation and Planning:
- Develop course programs suited to students’ levels, including grammar, syntax, literature, and writing skills.
- Create a variety of teaching resources: worksheets, interactive activities, and literary projects.
Teaching:
- Deliver engaging and interactive classes using diverse teaching methods (debates, workshops, analytical reading).
- Introduce classic and contemporary literary works, encouraging critical discussion and textual analysis.
Evaluation:
- Assess students’ progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects.
- Provide constructive and personalized feedback to help students improve.
Support:
- Identify specific student needs and offer individualized support for those facing challenges.
- Encourage active student participation and promote a positive learning environment.
Collaboration:
- Work with other teachers and educational staff to ensure a cohesive teaching approach.
- Participate in teaching meetings and professional development to enhance teaching practices.
Communication:
- Inform parents about their children’s progress through reports and meetings.
- Build a trusting relationship with students, fostering a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
Required Qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as education.
- Proficiency in spoken and written French.
- Experience in the field is preferred.
